The OEFLWA Board Members meet the first Sunday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to discuss Water Association
concerns, address business and finances. Please notify any of us concerns you may have via email before the first Sunday
of the month.
History of our system
The Orchard Estates Faculty Lane Water Association is a nonprofit organization formed over 10 years ago to service the water needs of the 14 homes on the system. Originally, these homes shared a well owned by the Texico Conference of Seventh Day Adventists. When these homes were sold to private individuals, a new well was put in and our association was formed. It is managed by member home owner volunteers. We are the only water association operating in Corrales, NM.
